Dee Macomber
Lead Vocalist for Alter Ego. Formerly with "The Electric Chick Magnets" and "Prime Time". Music educator by day, pop diva by night! Dee is the perfect emcee for your event. Experienced and cool, she'll handle it all!
Scott Macomber
Guitarist and Vocalist for Alter Ego. Can also be found playing with "What About Bob". Scott is a showman with Ed Sheeran type vocals and Roger Daultry guitar flair!
Mike Dardaris
Drums. The classically trained percussionist is the founder of Alter Ego and the CNY Wedding Music Collaborative. Mike can also be seen playing with "Ophelia's Book" and "Agatha Road".
Mike Featherstone
Bass. Syracuse Area Music Hall of Fame inductee recognized from the award winning "Dinosaurs" and "Professional Victims".
Billy Blanchard
Alter Ego Keyboardist. Can also be seen playing with the "Pop Rox" "2112" and "Whiskey Crush".
Emmett VanSlyke
Lead Guitarist for A-E. Emmett is a producer, composer and educator with a classical guitar background whose chops range from flamenco to jazz to contemporary rock and pop.

Alter Ego is a 6-piece pop band that boasts a collection of some heavy hitters from the Syracuse NY area music scene. We play a variety of styles of music covering everything from the 50's through today's current billboard top 40 hits, with a special place in our hearts for the Disco, Funk, and Rn B of the 70's, as well as the Aqua-Net Inspired 80's!!! We make sure to give our audience a wide selection which guarantees that everyone will walk away hearing something they loved!
Alter Ego's specialty is putting on a great show for any venue top shelf entertainment is required! We have experience with wedding receptions, corporate engagements, club shows, private parties, and can get down and funky with any other type of engagement as well.

Wedding Reception Services
Alter Ego is a full service wedding band. We will take care of the entertainment needs you have throughout your wedding reception. We have an expansive (and ever-growing) set list that can entertain guests no matter what their age, or style of music that they enjoy. We promise something for everyone.
